Join George Crosland as he takes you to June Mountain on Easter. Hitting June Mountain on Easter Sunday was so fun it makes one
question, why is this place so empty? The answer is pretty simple,
Mammoth is 20 miles south, has way more terrain, good parks, longer
season, more snow and so on. So why was I excited about June? On a
weekend June is arguably better for the following types of people;
beginners, intermediates, those riding park, steep powder when Mammoth
is too windy and just plain those that want to ride while avoiding the
crowds at Mammoth that can make the runs as crowded as the 405 freeway
in So Cal.
