Nikita ladies were out in full force slaying all features on hill. There was a transferable channel gap followed by a large booter, a huge monster of a hip and a wall ride/launch to butter platform topped off with a propane tank.
Some of the Nikita-ettes that showed their moves during the week long event: Lisa Filsmozer, Maribeth, Vera, Colleen Quigley, Leslie Glenn, Jordie Karlinski and new-to-the-team, Clair Bidez.
It was great to see the progression of women’s snowboarding and be able to watch the gals in action. Girls across teams were giving each other tips, feeding off each other’s adrenaline and simply enjoying kickin’ it in the good weather with good people.
