Saturday, November 29th 2pm-5pm at Balloon's Restaurant Parking Lot
Ellicottville, NY - For the first time ever, Ellicottville, NY will play host to a ski and snowboard event with in the heart of the village. The slopes will be brought to the streets, in this grassroots no lifts, no limits contest. Spectators will be treated to some of the top riders in the region competing to bring home not only the glory, but cash prizes as well. Cash payouts will be given for 1st through 3rd place, as well as a best trick award for both skiers and snowboarders. Riders will be divided in 15 minutes heats, with the top riders from each heat being selected for an all-or-nothing one hit final.
Promotional and event support are being provided by the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce, The City Garage, Mud Sweat N'Gears, The Boardroom, Dekdebruns Ski Shop, and Red Door Ski & Bike. Balloons Restaurant will be providing concessions for the event, and the Ambush Clothing crew will have their latest wares on display for spectators and athletes to check out.
