Snoqualmie Pass, Wash – The Summit at Snoqualmie, collaborating with Lib Technologies and Snowboy Productions, will present the six annual Shut Up and Snowskate competition this Saturday, March 22 at Summit West.
Registration will be from 10am-11am in Stan’s Café at Summit West. The entry fee for competitors will be $20.
Snowskating is a relatively new snow sport that involves sliding down the slopes on a combination skateboard/snowboard. A traditional skateboard deck sits on top of a specialized mini-ski and riders do not use bindings to connect themselves with their boards.
