2008 Quiksilver Snow Jam
Pec pod Sněžkou, Czech Republic - After a year pause which was caused by bad snow conditions, this year will claim its right the most prestigious snowboard contest in Czech republic. Within the frame of the biggest snowboard serie of contests in our area O2 Snowboard Tour, all fans of freestyle can look forward to the Quiksilver Snowjam again.
Quiksilver Snowjam will take place from 14. – 16.3. 2008 on the slope Javor in Pec pod Sněžkou and is traditionally connected with a name of our best freestyle snowboarder and representative Martin Černík. So there is really something to look forward! On the program there will be the most attractive discipline of current snowboarding called slopestyle. Part of the contest will be also Roxy Jam on Saturday morning. Prize money is 12. 000 eur (10.000 eur men, 2.000 eur women).
It is not only the contest but also one big party where you can see several performers such as DJs, band Wohnout, Airfare, Monkey Business, DJs Ladida , Robot etc.
